Product advantages

(4) The phase shifting method is to use two windings connected in
quantity and angle on the secondary side, which can double the pulse
number of the rectifier furnace.
For high-power rectifier equipment, the number of pulses is also
required to be large, and the number of pulses is 18, 24, 36, etc.,
which is increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to set a phase shifting
winding on the primary side of the rectifier transformer for phase
shifting. There are three ways to connect the phase shifting winding
with the main winding, namely, zigzag line, hexagonal and extended
triangle.
Structural features
(1) Core: 30Q130 high-permeability silicon steel sheets are used, and the advanced 3-6-level step multi-level lamination method is adopted, which can significantly reduce no-load loss, no-load current and noise.
(2) Winding: The electromagnetic wire adopts high-conductivity oxygen-free copper wire, and the winding adopts a new overall set process of cylindrical, double-pancake and new spiral structures, making the product structure more compact, the main insulation can be effectively guaranteed, and the first and tail layers are strengthened to improve the insulation performance. The outer surface of the winding is wrapped with a high-strength compression band to improve the mechanical strength of the winding, and greatly improve the impact resistance and short-circuit resistance of the product.
(3) Body: The insulation pads of the body are supported by high-strength laminated wood and laminated paperboard, so that the support area of the end of the winding reaches more than 95%, further improving the product's short-circuit resistance and improving the product's operating reliability. The insulation materials are all wrapped with high-strength and high-density cable paper.
(4) Oil tank: A fin radiator or a corrugated oil tank can be installed according to user requirements. Oil tank surface treatment: The transformer shell paint adopts "three-proof paint" (anti-salt spray, anti-humidity and heat, anti-mildew). This paint has strong adhesion with the primer, good decorative effect, film oil resistance, corrosion resistance, gloss retention, color retention, good leveling and covering power.
